Create authentication token

Bearer authentication header of the form Bearer <token>, where <token> is your auth token.

Email address of a user on whose behalf the request is intended to be made (should be non-empty only for global tokens).

Auth type being used to access the endpoint (should be non-empty only for global tokens).

An authentication token that can be passed to any endpoint via Bearer Authentication

Unix timestamp for when this token expires (in seconds since epoch UTC).
